From Monday, 7th November from 11am until Sunday 13th November 2011 the first ever Field Of Remembrance was opened on Princes Street Gardens by the Scott Monument in Edinburgh. These images
are my record of this inaugural event which I hope will be continuing. No matter how you think of conflict issues surely
no one wants to see the loss of life. The
sections within the Field Of Remembrance included areas for civilians as well
for serving personnel. This was a poignant
display of the lasting outcomes of war.
