A Dream Revisited Kodak Ektachrome FILM Emulsion and ILLUSION 4K
A Dream Revisited Kodak Ektachrome FILM Emulsion and ILLUSION Ilfochrome INVOKED and Cibachrome EVOKED with Crystal Ball Reflection and Projection
The font is not as Kodak have used, as this personal Dream Project is not anything official of Kodak apart from the promotional case, the cute case as I think of it, being manufactured for Kodak is the beginning and an end of Kodak involvement here. The cute case is a great inspiration that has lead me to my digital dream being projected upon Cibachrome panels in my illusion of emulsion. This has been a Pipe Dream that is longing for the past and for potential that has passed. Ektachrome continues, the other side of the aforementioned promotional cute case is red and yellow advertisement of the discontinued Kodachrome. Cibachrome is still emerging from old sheets and fresh made chemical processes I believe, but I only have memories to hand in what sometimes are slide show like interactions within my make believe visionary castles of imagination.
These Pipe Dreams on past photographic productions now unavailable has me making my memories of them wishing to invoke René Magritte and La Trahison des images, The Treachery of Images, which is often evoked with Ceci n'est pas une pipe translated as This is not a pipe. The painted representation of the pipe from 1929 cannot be stuffed said Magritte and it certainly cannot perform as does the pipe it resembles. With such dreams of images and reality, with lost production processes and notions that the Camera Never Lies I have my dreams some real, others surreal, a few definitely beyond reality and further those resting in imagination and with vision of a remembrance towards a former reality accomplished now here held in pixels that have been embraced in loving edits.
The snappy title belies the convoluted memory to digital process from a 4x5 SINAR set up out of Switzerland following formulas from there that fill my photographic contemplations. Images of images and images to last against the ravages of time are bound in my mind with Kodachrome, Cibachrome and the varying P 3 / P 3X / P 30P / P 30 P 3.5 processes. In reflection and rumination through editing I have lost and found time, thought of reality and enjoyed illusion, fantasy and fiction. This is one picture brightly produced in varying considerations, cogitations and cognations created these digital inklings that presume to be potential for a project.
I would like to add, this as much I do is Production Incarnate Preinduction Illustrate. A progress in work Inspiration for the next creation.
As the above is my usual text slide to conclude the films I release on YouTube and Flickr I will add this below so as not to use the regular ending. I feel completely engaged and absolutely ready for each next link and flow in the chain and the continuation that interlock and mind and body shock me out of, into and all around these moments. The personal interaction here in picture taking and editing has taken me to moments in history and projected me to places far beyond mystery.

I should list a set of links in this space that could take you to that past factual information of the photographic processes here mentioned and pondered upon, but the journey awaits you whether you are new, or well along the ways of these defunct and still adored pictorial wonders that fuel current projects and enlighten dreams with fantastic rendition and fabulous colour.

In here there’s a rhythmic almost heart beating door A secret sauce to improve the light source RSPB Scotland Loch Leven nature reserve
A Secret Source to improve the Light Source.
The camera settings record a brighter scene than that which is seen by the human eye and I can be heard saying the above, “A Secret Source to improve the Light Source,” at the end of the film. Pixel power searches into the dark to treasure receive the waiting wonders so as to best record them for later and for further enjoyment. Almost nothing to see here and what is to be seen is scene generated by A Secret Source to improve the Light Source with a wider eye to take in what is flying by and an electronic ear saving the wings on air and on water with hidden honk and silhouetted cry and a more sensitive sensor for experiencing the loch the shore listening in without reply and everything and all together under the intense colours of the sky.
The whole experience is the whole experience, with wonky horizons and shaky movements. I am now an ambassador of the wonky as I am at the permanent potential to go to the wonk and to glory in the results as age and injury grip me tighter and longer than loved ones ever have. The bad filming here is intentional for this to be a true record of the experience that still stirs me as I look back on it like a slice of repeatable immersive Electro Shamanism.
The end of the day is a fabulous break down. Everything of light that has been completed and the gentle encroach of night offers some respite before the glorious wonders woken before dawn all start again into the more active hours of the day. Please be gentle on my classification of, “repeatable immersive Electro Shamanism,” that is what I am experiencing on looking back into the fantastic after glow and fabulous sound garden of twilight. This is after sunset at RSPB Scotland Loch Leven nature reserve.

Carn Liath Broch Near Golspie Sutherland Murmuring and Mutterings upon an entrance and life well defended and shared
There is a cloud with an unbelievable luminescence, you may wish to watch the proceedings witch include the progress in and up the Broch all the way to view the both amazing and as stated unbelievable cloud. This is an awe inspiring place, passed by many on the busy A9 and also enjoyed by lots too as these time worn stones are in a prime location now from the busy highway for the motor vehicle traveller and always upon the sea routes for raiding and trading, for living and loving within this once vibrant community firmly established here. Visible from the structure is the bay that most likely caused the Broch to be built and just a little further along from some centuries later there is the still imposing Dunrobin Castle & Gardens in view just to the South weaving a fantasy air bourne drifting notions of lineage from Brochs to Castles via shared safe dwellings to Clan Centres of influence and strategic importance throughout a much changing history shaped out potential history.

Nothing less than dim spectacle
to spectate upon here.
With a large winged flight
of fancy at the end...
It might be too late for many and far too early for some. The quiet bird noises have been left quiet and distant. The window movement is mentioned before the sound of the movement, not at all dissimilar to an indicated Musical Movement and stop there on movement comparisons please. The whole experience is the whole experience, with wonky horizons and shaky movements. Abercorn Museum next to Abercorn Church
Saint Columba is also known as Saint Colmcille of Iona.
Saint Ninian is also known as the Apostle to the Southern Picts, further he is also known as Ringan in Scotland and as Trynnian in Northern England.
Abercorn Church and the site of a noted Anglian Monastery are recorded in the small stone museum. The building is made of stone and it houses stone. Records left in stone speak through symbols and style across history to inform our minds.
Thesis : St. Columba is commemorated for having a greater influence on the spread of Christianity in Scotland than St. Ninian because Columba died better than Ninian.

Outlander locations - Abercorn Church and Cemetery / Graveyard
“Filming for season 4 took place at this churchyard in Linlithgow. The graveyard played the part, in ‘Down the Rabbit Hole’, of Frank’s final resting place after his fatal car crash. We see Bree visiting Frank’s grave shortly after his death.”
“Abercorn Church and Graveyard is one of several Outlander locations in the surrounding locality. Barely a mile south is Midhope Castle (Lallybroch), and the much used Hopetoun House is an equal distance to the east. Blackness Castle, used as Fort William in season 1, is also nearby, less than 5 miles away.”

Urquhart Castle Tower House and Loch Ness as you have never seen before ...
I hope that no one except myself has seen these exact views and heard this soundtrack before I share it online as I believe that I live alone and now I have started asking myself about anyone else watching in on my world more than I do already. This is a Saturday morning and the outer limits of a husk of hollow Saturn ideas are even now sinking further into my bones. The hollow nature of a Saturnian dilemma provides it with fashion and form without certain supposed strength that in lacking a less standard body evades any and all concept of vital validity that gives determined deleting a chance, a hope and even sometimes a success. The bone sinking, shadow self initiating alone questioning and oh so chirpily chorused enchanted incanted answered response(s) is / are hopefully not yours? I will do a long awaited never anticipated welcome home now to a new ‘alone’ thought not easily shared with others, unless...
With a sound recording from the other Loch shore the never seen before in the title could be added to with, “and a never heard before soundtrack.” Sometimes digital files like their analogue predecessors get overlooked in all too busy lifestyles and when you looking through your own stoory drawers you never know if you are finding the right files to be sharing. The ruined, yet still tall and impressive Tower House of Urquhart Castle is a pearl of keep on string Curtain Wall that hosted other towers and a larger entertaining facility of the Great Hall. The ruins are superb gem stones preserved as they are showing us the former high need for tall castle walls and the current protection for historic conservation rather than fortification ready for both siege and domination.
Urquhart Castle stands a ruins still tall and proud attracting tourists to see and to dream of the history and mystery that they find both in and around this place. The stones hold on to the memories that are created in their situation and the reliving of so much Scottish history here brings about great sharing and caring for the past in and on through the struggles and the successes. Like a Loch Edge Loom this site catches the breezes and only lets them loose after they have left a little of their voice here. Even the rising mists give their impressions from out of the earth upon their way to the heavens above. Somehow this attraction is able to weave the sounds of winds and the magic moments of mists creating long lived legends into historic themed treasured tapestries that illuminate the progress of the tourists, the routes chosen by the pilgrims and the seeking minds of all of the visitors.

I to the hills
King James Bible
I Will Lift Up My Eyes to the Hills
1 {A Song of degrees.} I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.
6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
7 The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
8 The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

Inky Black Night sound and vision Five Locks of the Caledonian Canal at Fort Augustus leading from Loch Ness to Loch Oich
Water held in a man-made marvel of a magnificent embrace is never still, the flow of force continues all along the water course, no matter how much we hold we also need to allow the wonders to work their way through the paths that we direct them to and in this technology of traversing the land we make the current of water our float to balance upon bringing trade and commerce and now tourists and photo takers to enjoy the waters held and flowing always alluring and glowing.
Image stabilisation and video edited satbilisation* are not enough to quite the unwanted jiggles and jerks leading to over under works of hopefully charming quirks.
*satbilisation technology® is image stabilisation as if the camera operator was sat comfortably in a happy mood enjoying the scene and convey the at ease feel with warm glow sentiment to the viewer. The emerging satbilisation technology® does not even have uppercase letters as capitals would be too rise and fall, stand to attention and take sharp notice.
Standbilisation Technology® has stand up from the lowercase and be counted as uppercase place markers as it is all about being on top of the message and all over the theme with with magnify lens and a deer-at-heart-of-hart none stalk -er / -ing hat.

Temple Arch the last above ground Templar Remnant just outside Edinburgh...
The village of Temple in Midlothian is where the Knights Templar held their primary and principal Preceptory in Scotland. There are some trees that might follow along lines of previous structures. There is a patch of rough ground that may one day be archaeologically be further investigated generating more detail about this site. For now there is a ruined kirk managed by TEMPLE OLD KIRK FRIENDS, please see the link below. The kirk is well worth a view, but it is not old enough to be a Templar building, there could be a reuse of stone still holding information held right now within the present structure. The stone archway pictured here is quickly photographed as I chatted of knights, of bold deeds, of traditions of yore and of the way forward we can create to reach out and to become legendary for peace making and social caring as we all make one world a safer, better and happier a place to be.
The pictures start with the arch that stands even though it is heavily worn by time. We progress away from the archway and look briefly at the significant trees standing with the stones over centuries. There are pictures that show a tree that is slowly breaking back down into the ground. There are pictures of the nearby old school that stands close to the arch. Any structure close by might have opened up and then sealed in some historic evidence. The evidence focussed upon today can be microscopic soil structure and also hue. The ground holds secrets here and one day further archaeological excavation might open up new details. Til then we have the archway behind the old school and our imagination.
From this spot you can look out to the ports of Edinburgh, to the Firth of Forth and across to Fife. This place stands secure once within it’s own sovereignty. The inspirational stories of old seem to have a fine place here to reside.

Avian Circle the first film following the birds around
The Earl’s Palace, Birsay, Orkney, Scotland
The birds chirped and swooped in fragmentary swarms and mutterings bordering upon mini murmurings. The sound and sight was amazing. In taking pictures around The Earl’s Palace at Birsay I missed a major murmuring and a jumbled muttering, but at least I did catch something of the Avian Circle following the birds around The Earl’s Palace, Birsay, Orkney, Scotland.

There was the whole fantastic ruin of The Earl’s Palace at Birsay and as I was being asked to leave my final frames were of this plant seemingly trying to get into the scheduled monument. I was being told that we had other places to go and that it was Refreshments O'clock. The woody stems had my imagination in over drive.
This is a second film presentation with much less strong stressed images. There is a greatly reduced soundtrack. Altogether less sometimes is more, we all have our perception to please.
I nearly wrote tease, please and release, but I thought better of that, the hedgerow has more than enough of plenty within it’s burgeoning boughs.

The green and brown heart often flowered with colour and brilliance... 4K
The green and brown heart often flowered with colour and brilliance once held green routes and always held runs and pathways and those routes brought more traffic to open up the forest and to field and stockade farm the valleys. Today the modern roads take us exactly where we wish with digital precision on our phones directing our feet and our vehicles. The roads take us on journeys over the land and through history opening up access to the modern and to the ancient and we have had more freedom of movement for every reason we have from trade and tourism to refuge to and escape from what the roads have brought into our lives. We had travel to broaden our perspective and flight to reach across the globe and technology to virtually bring our home and our individual life onto each of the screens all over the world sharing emotion and making fantastic new versions and aversions of living. Our routes to reach each other have stretched from nomadic paths and star guided voyages to much of the world being only a search away on any of our modern devices all connected via routes like roots that become popular and well traced as well as little utilised and left to dwindle. We have greater access to humanity than ever before and we take the routes we wish to connect us as we will. Our new virtual routes following our expressed emotions are filled with animal inspired pathways, we still search for tracks and traces following the paths of animals across an electronic terrain. Many human take time to view remote natural wonders and we have our intense interactive focus on food for the mind and the body and for the soul. Paths once through the natural green and brown and multicoloured heart of the land and now across globe spanning highways brought me here and now you too.

Not a knot at the joint when reflected at St. Abbs and not a Temple of Sabazios
The unfathomable knot had been dedicated to the Phrygian God Sabazios. Alexander and his fellow Greeks recognised aspects of Sabazios that for them connected him to their God Zeus. Zeus was the all father and chief of the Greek Gods on Mount Olympus. In resolving the Gordian Knot that had been held sacred and guarded by the Priest of Sabazios, Alexander who became known as, “The Great,” showed that he would let nothing stand in his way, that he was determined to defeat any problem and to be victorious winning and so bringing the blessings of Priests and Gods with him on his vast military campaign. Other interpretations are made of this recorded incident and the Gordian Knot is a legendary feat that is taken as evidence of many different problems and solutions leading to the retelling being set to reveal almost whatever each tale teller wants you to see in their version of the story. Here my Gordian Knot has been the joining of the ropes in Photoshop to present loops at the harbour where the sea never stills and rather it rolls around in seasonal tides and so readily presents whatever aspect of the sea you wish to see.

Zooming In and then Editing In to A Gull Too Far
When is a Gull Too Far away and beyond the light? Distance and light will vary for when too far is too far. These images show four pictures attempted. Here is a full zoom in followed up by editing in to frame the subject that here is this Gull. The detail never recorded in the original soft dull exposures and then the further detail lost in the crop are here noticeable by their absence. The gull and the harbour had everything required for the picture that I could imagine was present. I knew that I was too far away, yet I took the photographs to see what the extent of the zoom and the light would be able to create for me and for the gull on the day and now for you to see.
