As the pulse of the festival beats out load and strong we come to Act IV of the Fringe Fancies a tension building time. There is more documentary style recording of the fluid events on the streets of Edinburgh. We have moments of directed street performance and flashes of instantaneous occurrences that have often gone before they have been recorded.
